Polylope A polythene mailing bag with a gummed flap.
Polywrapping A process where flat polythene is wrapped
around a mail piece and then sealed.
PPI Postage Paid Impression
Proof A sample of a mailing item to be approved prior
to production.
Quarter Fold A fold where a piece is folded in half, and
then in half again, in the same direction.
Roll Fold A fold where one side of a piece gets folded
inwards and then folded inwards again.
Simplex refers to printing on just one side of a piece of
paper.
Z-Fold A fold where a piece is folded inwards once and
