Print and Personalisation

Everyone likes to see his or her name in print and that is part of what makes personalised direct mail work. With Abbey's experience and skill the process of turning data into documents is faster and more efficient than ever before.

Utilising both highly versatile high speed continuous laser printers and quick, efficient cut sheet laser printers, Abbey are able to offer an unrivalled flexibility in personalised paper based communications.

We are able to personalise any size format from less than A6, through A5 and A4 to A3 and also for those larger sized more complex jobs, up to 420mm x 711mm on our continuous lasers. All can be processed at speeds of up to 28,000 A4 images per hour and a density of up to 600 dpi.

Specialist Finishing

At Abbey we are able to put to use our extensive range of folding, gluing and time cutting equipment to create the most cost-effective, innovative and response generating one-piece mailers, and folded personalised products.

We have a number of multi plate folders up to 56" in width to take the largest formats of continuous print. By using the knowledge and skills of our finishing and folding operators, and the equipment to hand, we are able to produce informative, intriguing and captivating mail packs that do not need an outer envelope or poly-wrap but fold and seal to create a single piece to mail. This saves production time, as there is no enclosing and also saves you money, as there is no outer envelope cost.

Enclosing and Despatch

Abbey are able to enclose an impressive array and combination of items, in all shapes and sizes, personalised and non-personalised. We have numerous styles of enclosing systems that allow us to offer a wide range of fast and flexible solutions for putting items into envelopes.
